In each cohort, Falak invests a total of up to 5,000,000 Saudi Riyals in up to 10 tech startups for an 18-week accelerated journey.

Falak was established by entrepreneurs who wear both an entrepreneur and an investors hat with its core mission to find, enable, and grow the next unicorn startups of the MENA region through the mini-ecosystem it pioneered to help accelerate startups’ journey through learning from education and mentorship, and a network that enables finding human capital, getting access to investors, generating leads for startups or benefiting from free credits and discounted services of local and global service providers. We aim to compete on global standards with a localized competitive edge.
Why Join Falak’s Flagship Accelerator
Startups join our program for our core services to help them increase their likelihood of success and reduce costs along the way through
Direct Investment
Direct investments starting from 250,000 SAR to 1,500,000 SAR per startup with a total of 5,000,000 SAR invested per cohort for a 4.5 month journey. Upon graduation, top startups will also be eligible for follow-on investments from Falak Angels or Falak’s fund.
In-Kind Services
Ranging from knowledge transfer through workshops, one-on-one mentorship sessions, growth & digital media services, investor readiness services, legal structuring and institutionalisation, and more depending on specific sectors and stages of the cohort startups.
Access to Falak Angel Mentorship Program
With over 30 top MENA founders, industry experts, and investors, Falak’s angel mentorship program is called that because time is more precious than money and this program is for accomplished individuals to give back to aspiring entrepreneurs in Falak’s programs.
Follow-On Investments & Fundraising Support
Support: with a follow-on rate of over 65%, Falak believes in the importance of fundraising sustainability for business sustainability, and we cater our services accordingly through Falak Angels and Falak’s upcoming funds in providing direct follow-on for high-performing startups in our cohort upon graduation or in fundraising support with our network of MENA investors and VCs
Falak’s Partnership Program
With over $150,000 worth of free services and discounts from local and global partners such as AWS, Falak established this program to minimize the cost required from our startups to acquire core services in any industry, ranging from software tools to visual content agencies and much more.
Market Accessibility to KSA
Falak Investment Hub is focused on the largest market of the GCC, and it utilizes this network, connectivity, and influence to increase the likelihood of success and exits for our startups. For non-KSA startups, Falak is partnered with MISA and the SME Authority to establish incorporations in Saudi Arabia and move headquarters to Saudi Arabia as well; for KSA-startups, Falak empowers connectivity to investors, strategic partners, and strategic corporates to better fulfill the supply chain of our startups
